HOW TO USE
Step 1 (Morning Boost):
Take each morning before breakfast. Add 1 Teabag into a cup and let steep in near boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2 (Night Cleanse):
Pour a cup of near boiling water over one teabag and let it infuse for a MAXIMUM of 2 minutes – Drink ! (one teabag every SECOND night). You can add lime, honey or lemon depending on your taste. After opening, each pack should be stored in a cool place.
